Are the chairs delivered assembled?
Depending on the model, our chairs are delivered either pre-assembled or in kit form (ready to assemble). This information is systematically specified on each product's technical sheet. For flat-pack chairs, clear instructions and all necessary hardware are provided in the package.
Where can I see your chairs? Do you have a physical store?
The Chair Atelier is an exclusively online store. This allows us to offer you unique designs and quality service at the fairest price, without the costs associated with a physical store. If you have any doubts about a model, fabric, or color, our customer service is here to send you additional photos or advise you!
đŠ Orders & Payment
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept payments by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Carte Bleue) as well as via PayPal / Apple Pay. All transactions are 100% secure and encrypted by our payment providers.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
As long as your order has not been shipped, it is entirely possible to modify or cancel it. Contact us as soon as possible at contact@thechairatelier.com with your order number. If the chairs have already been handed over to the carrier, a standard return will be required after receipt.
đ Delivery & Tracking
What are the delivery times and rates?
Preparation time: Your chairs are packed and shipped within 2 to 5 business days.
Shipping time: Then allow 7 to 15 days for delivery in Metropolitan France.
Rates: Shipping costs depend on the weight and volume of your order. They are automatically calculated and displayed in your cart before payment.
How can I track my package?
As soon as your order leaves our workshop, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking link. This link will allow you to track the delivery stages of your chairs in real time.
What if my chairs arrive damaged?
This is a very rare situation, but furniture transport can sometimes have surprises. It is very important: upon delivery, carefully check the condition of the package in the presence of the delivery person. If a chair is damaged, refuse the package or make very precise reservations on the carrier's delivery note (e.g., "Chair received with a broken leg"). Then contact us within 48 hours with photos so we can send you a new chair at our expense.

I chose the wrong model or I don't like the color, can I change my mind?
Yes, absolutely! You have a right of withdrawal of 14 days after receiving your order. The chairs must be returned new, unassembled, and strictly in their original packaging.
Who pays for return shipping?
In accordance with our General Terms and Conditions of Sale, return costs are the sole responsibility of the customer. Since furniture (like chairs) is bulky, we advise you to compare carrier rates or contact us if you need help organizing the return.
When will I be refunded?
As soon as we receive and check the condition of the returned merchandise in our workshop, we will process the refund to the payment method used during the purchase, within a maximum of 14 days.
